Welcome to Destination Bingo. These terms are a contract between you and James Maryan (operating the app from the Australian Capital Territory, Australia). By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the app does
Destination Bingo is a travel bingo game. You create a trip for a destination, invite friends, and each of you gets a bingo card of local foods to try. You mark items off by uploading photos.
Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- One real email address per account. Don't create accounts under someone else's identity.
Content you upload
- You own the photos and item names you upload. By uploading them, you give us permission to store, display, and share them with other members of your trip, as needed to run the app.
- Don't upload content that is illegal, violent, sexually explicit, harassing, hateful, infringes someone else's copyright, or that you don't have the right to share.
- We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
- Don't attempt to break the app, extract data at scale, or abuse other users.
- Don't use the app to spam, phish, or harass anyone.
Service availability
The app is provided “as is”. We'll do our best to keep it running but we don't guarantee uptime or that it will always be available. We may change, pause, or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, James Maryan is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app, including loss of data, lost photos, or lost time. The app is free; use it accordingly.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@destinationbingo.app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we materially change them, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia. Any disputes will be heard in the courts of the Australian Capital Territory.
